Self-collection are only available if you tick “self-collect” on our website during selecting shipping methods.
1. You will receive a message from us when your order is ready.
2. We will e-mail/call you to inform you the date and time of collection, and also making an appointment with customer.
3. Your order will ONLY be available for pickup within the period stated in your Invoice E-Mail Notification.
4. Before picking up your order, please call our Customer Service phone number (+6017-3305911) to double confirm the appointment that had been made.
5. We will provide the location of the pick-up location.
6. Customers that are doing self-pickup for another person have to provide us the details of the orders and the buyers name. Should we advise you that we will not proceed the orders if the buyers are not aware of another person came to collect the orders.
7. Self-Pickup is only available on weekdays, which : 9 AM – 12:30 PM & 2:15 PM – 5:45 PM
