Requirements

  • Familiar with a game engine
  • At least 1 year working experience as a game designer or studied game design during higher studies.
  • Proficient in documentation and presentation to convey your idea.
  • Have a passion to create a product that gives user an engaging experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google drive
  • Creative

Responsibility

  • Design and develop the original concept
  • Construct level structure
  • Flesh out storyline, character bios, dialogue, plot points and game objective
  • Create and develop game rules and mechanics
  • Conceive every element of the game including rules, setting, objects, vehicles, weapons, flora, fauna, etc,
  • Define user interface, menus and controls
  • Generate documentation to assist development team during production
  • Decide on the devices and platforms on which the game is played on
  • Define the user experience
  • Plan out game economics
  • Work with programmers to design the back end of the game
  • Research target audience to understand what they want in the game
  • Lead the development process
  • Manage quality assurance testing, and follow up on feedback

Responsibility

  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
  • Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains national sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
