How do I register for an account?

Registration for an account is required in order to make a purchase at TODAK.COM Click Sign up/Login and fill in your particulars. You will also have an option to sign up for our mailing list. With our newsletter emails, you will be updated with sale notifications, new arrival updates and special discount coupons!

How long does delivery take?

Local delivery is within 1 to 3 working days. International delivery will take 3 – 5 working days. You will receive an update on the delivery status of your order.

Can we self collect?

Yes! you can purchase from our online store and select self collect during the checkout. You can refer to our self-collecting procedure page.

How can I track my order?

You will be notified by email when your order ships, this email will include the shipping carrier and tracking number. If you’re not sure whether or not your order has shipped, you can check the status of your recent orders in My Account. Do you restock items?

Some items are restock able. Whenever we get a restock, we will usually announce it in our newsletter, so it’s good to check frequently.

Any instalment plan available?

We do provide instalment plan for our gaming chairs only if you purchase from our Shopee store. 0% instalment options up to 12 months tenure are available for Public Bank and Maybank credit card holder.

Where is Todak Showroom located?

Our showroom is located at No.10, Jalan Autoville 3, Persiaran Multimedia, Cyber 10, 63000 Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia. We open at 9.00am – 6.00pm on every Monday – Friday, except for Public Holidays.

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase through website?

Yes, you do have to create an account at our website to purchase item, make payment and track your order.

How do I apply for coupon?

During checkout, you may key in the coupon code and click apply accordingly.

What method of payment do you accept?

We currently accept payment through direct bank transfer, PayPal and credit card.

Is there any additional cost will be added one I checkout?

The price of the products is as per listing, any additional cost such as service tax is already included in the price. Optional discounting does not exist unless otherwise promoted. However, customer still need to pay for shipping fee.

When will you process my order?

Orders are mostly be processed within 24 hours. However, for orders placed on weekends and Public Holiday, they will be processed on the next working day.

How do I purchase parts for my chair?

For now, we do not sell any parts or equipment for our gaming chairs.

How do I purchase a chair in a color not listed on the website?

At this time, Todak is only able to provide what is listed under the “Details Section” included with each chair.

The chair I want is out of stock, how do I find out when it will be coming back in stock?

At this time, Todak does not have the capacity to take any orders for chairs that are not currently in stock.

What is Todak’s Warranty Policy?

Todak does offer a one year warranty on the chair parts (not including natural wear and tear of the PU or fabric).

How can I clean my gaming chair?

The gaming chair’s cover was made of PU imitation leather which is very easy to clean. By using a microfibre cloth and a little water, stains and dirt can be removed quickly. For more tenacious soiling like from ink, rubbing alcohol can be used. In order to increase the longevity of the gaming chair, a good imitation leather conditioner should be applied weekly – this protects the material from cracking and moisture from seeping in.

How much weight can the Todak gaming chairs withstand?

All Todak gaming chairs are approved for a maximum user weight of 150 kg for one person. The main weight should be centered in the middle of the seating area, in order to stress the casters uniformly.

Can I return my chair?

We have a 14 days return policy which means that you can return the chair to us within 14 days of your purchase.

What surfaces are Todak gaming chairs suited for?

All Todak gaming chairs are equally suited for hard floors and soft floors. In order to shield particularly sensitive surface from abrasion, floor protection is recommended.

Why my chair is tilting forward?

Please check underneath the chair that the mechanism is facing the correct direction. The arrow on the mechanism should face forward. Please check that all the screws are tightly screwed together on the mechanism located underneath the seat.

I received a small plastic part with my pillows, what is it?

That part can be used to attach the neck pillow. If you attach it correctly, it will lower the pillow a bit which is good if you are a bit shorter.

Are the headrests included with the chairs?

Yes the two memory foam pillows and cotton headrests are included for Alpha Premium Gaming Chair only.

I can’t find my screws, what can I do?

The larger silver screws are already attached to the chair. Four underneath the seat and two on each side of the backrest.

Why my chair height adjustment doesn’t work?

The gas lift is not functional. If it is within warranty, contact our Customer Service at +60173305911 or +60128506057 or email [email protected]

Why my wheelbase is spinning around when I'm moving the chair around?

This is a normal behavior, as not all wheels will spin exactly the same and each gas lift has different friction values to allow the wheelbase to spin. If there is more friction in the gas lift the wheelbase will not spin, if it is less, it will spin.

Do you ship during weekends?

We only ship our items on weekdays. Our operation time is Monday – Friday  (9:00am-6:00pm).

What should I do if I did not get my items after 3 days?
